Yeti\u015fkin bir insan g\u00fcnde ortalama 11 bin litre dolaylar\u0131nda hava solumaktad\u0131r. Bu de\u011fer kabaca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kamyoneti dolduracak miktar. Bunun i\u00e7indir ki hava, hayat\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131. Tabii solunum esnas\u0131nda hava ile birlikte havada duran ve g\u00f6remedi\u011fimiz k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckl\u00fckteki kirleticileri de i\u00e7imize al\u0131yoruz. Bu durum bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131k ve rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa da davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6\/WHO) verilerine g\u00f6re her y\u0131l 7 milyon insan hava kirlili\u011fi ile ili\u015fkilendirilebilecek rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar sebebiyle hayat\u0131na erken veda ediyor. Hava kirlili\u011fi di\u011fer kirlilik t\u00fcrleri gibi anl\u0131k ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr etki g\u00f6stermiyor. Soluma ile al\u0131nan kirleticiler zamanla e\u015fik miktarlar\u0131 a\u015farak v\u00fccudumuzda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ve kal\u0131c\u0131 hasar b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Bu sebeple yine DS\u00d6 taraf\u0131ndan hava kirlili\u011fi \u201csessiz katil\u201d olarak nitelendiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u015fehirlerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ve her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artan ya\u015fam konforu talebimiz beraberinde \u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma, ayd\u0131nlatma gibi alanlardaki enerji ihtiya\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da do\u011furuyor. Daha fazla enerji arz\u0131 ise daha fazla yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da hava kirlili\u011fi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu durumda hava kirlili\u011fi y\u00f6netilmesi gereken en \u00f6ncelikli \u00e7evre temalar\u0131ndan biri haline geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0130LK YASAL D\u00dcZENLEMELER\u0130N YAPILDI\u011eI ALAN: HAVA KAL\u0130TES\u0130<\/strong><br>Sanayi devriminin be\u015fi\u011fi olarak an\u0131lan \u0130ngiltere\u2019de enerji \u00fcretimi amac\u0131yla yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131lan k\u00f6m\u00fcr b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hava kirlili\u011fine sebep olmu\u015f, kamuoyunda y\u00fckselen tepkilere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da hava y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131ndaki ilk yaz\u0131l\u0131 yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu itibarla ilk olarak 1926 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan Duman Azaltma Yasas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcteakip \u00e7eyrek as\u0131r sonras\u0131nda binlerce ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne yol a\u00e7an \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck Londra Duman\u0131\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan hava kirlili\u011fi sonras\u0131nda 1956 y\u0131l\u0131nda Temiz Hava Kanunu (Clean Air Act) \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin de temiz hava yasalar\u0131n\u0131n altl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan bu d\u00fczenleme b\u00f6lgesel bazda \u00e7evre alan\u0131ndaki ilk yasal d\u00fczenleme \u00f6rne\u011fi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131n\u0131r konulamayan ve dinamik yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde da\u011flar, denizler, binalar ve yollar aras\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli bir hareket halinde bulunan hava bu yap\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00f6netilmesi zor \u00e7evre konular\u0131ndan biri haline geliyor. Sanayi, ula\u015f\u0131m ve \u0131s\u0131nma gibi temel alanlarda d\u00fcnya genelinde artan yo\u011fun fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131, ar\u0131tma teknolojilerinin de yetersizli\u011fi ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r gibi meteorolojik fakt\u00f6rlerle olu\u015ftu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeden binlerce kilometre uzakl\u0131klara ta\u015f\u0131nan hava kirlili\u011fi bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle k\u00fcresel \u00f6nem kazanm\u0131\u015f ve 1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanan BM Uzun Menzilli S\u0131n\u0131ra\u015fan Hava Kirlili\u011fi (LRTAP) S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ile k\u00fcresel ba\u011flamda da \u00e7evre alan\u0131nda mevzuat haz\u0131rlanan ilk tema olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcLKEM\u0130ZDE DE \u0130LK TEMA HAVA OLDU<\/strong><br>Hava kalitesi \u00fclkemizde de yasal a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ilk tema oldu. 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan 2872 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00c7evre Kanunu\u2019na dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanan \u201cHava Kalitesinin Korunmas\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u201d 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girerek bu kapsamda detayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ilk alan oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hava kirlili\u011fi d\u00fcnya genelinde \u015fehirlerin en \u00f6nemli meseleleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Pandemi ile birlikte maskelerimizin ard\u0131nda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz iki y\u0131l boyunca temiz bir nefes alman\u0131n \u00f6nemini anlad\u0131k. \u201cEvde kal T\u00fcrkiye\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ile birlikte \u015fehirlerimiz hava kalitesi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n aray\u0131p bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 bir deney ortam\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc, \u015fehrin hava kirlili\u011fi kaynaklar\u0131 asgari d\u00fczeye indi. Hatta \u0130stanbul\u2019dan Uluda\u011f\u2019\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6rebildi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlere tan\u0131kl\u0131k ettik. Bu durum bizlere kirlilik kaynaklar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda do\u011fan\u0131n kendi dengesini nas\u0131l sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artan n\u00fcfus ile birlikte geli\u015fen sanayi ve g\u00fcndelik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z sebebiyle kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z elektrik ve \u0131s\u0131nma hava kirlili\u011finin en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerinden. Havan\u0131n do\u011fal bile\u015feninin kirleticiler sebebiyle de\u011fi\u015fmesi ile hava kalitesi bozuluyor. \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak hava kalitesinin limitlerini belirliyor ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu limitler d\u00e2hilinde temiz hava solumalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HEP\u0130M\u0130Z\u0130N YAPAB\u0130LECE\u011e\u0130 BIR \u015eEYLER VAR<\/strong><br>Hava kalitesini en iyi seviyede tutabilmek i\u00e7in hava kirlili\u011fine sebep olan sanayi, ula\u015f\u0131m ve \u0131s\u0131nma kaynakl\u0131 hava kirlili\u011fini kontrol alt\u0131na almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bakanl\u0131k olarak mevzuat d\u00fczenlemeleri yap\u0131yor ve bu alandaki uygulamalar\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011fini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Mevzuat\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131nda yerel y\u00f6netimlere de \u00f6nemli vazifeler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00d6zellikle ula\u015f\u0131m ve \u0131s\u0131nma kaynakl\u0131 kirlili\u011fin y\u00f6netilmesine ili\u015fkin \u015fehrin planlama a\u015famas\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak yerel y\u00f6netimlerin do\u011fru uygulamalar\u0131 ile temiz havaya eri\u015febildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temiz bir hava i\u00e7in t\u00fcm bireylerin katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz, g\u00fcndelik tercihlerimizde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, bisiklet gibi s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu ara\u00e7lar\u0131, bireysel ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131 yerine toplu ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 tercih etmek yapabileceklerimizin ilk s\u0131ras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Yine k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in temiz ve \u00e7evre dostu yak\u0131tlar\u0131 kullanmak, yakma sistemlerimizin bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak, ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla artt\u0131rmamak, binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak birey olarak yapabileceklerimizden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HAVA KAL\u0130TES\u0130 Y\u00d6NET\u0130M\u0130NDE TAR\u0130H\u0130 ADIMLAR<\/strong><br>Bakanl\u0131k olarak hava kalitesini \u015fehrin kirlili\u011fini en iyi temsil edecek \u015fekilde s\u00fcrekli izleyen sistemlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca 8 iken 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 360\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm a\u011f\u0131ndan elde edilen verileri internet sitemiz \u00fczerinden anl\u0131k olarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kirletici vasf\u0131 y\u00fcksek sanayi tesislerinin bacalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak izliyoruz. SE\u00d6S ad\u0131 verilen izleme sistemleri ile 700\u2019\u00fc a\u015fan tesis bacas\u0131 emisyonunu anl\u0131k olarak takip ediyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hava kalitesi y\u00f6netiminde sadece \u00f6l\u00e7mek ve izlemekle yetinmedik. Kirlili\u011fin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit eden ve buna g\u00f6re tedbirlerin belirlenmesine imk\u00e2n sa\u011flayan yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ulusal b\u00fct\u00e7emiz ile hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bunlardan ilki olan Hava Emisyon Y\u00f6netim-HEY portal\u0131 ile t\u00fcm hava kirlili\u011fi kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fclke genelinde ortak ve \u015feffaf bir veri taban\u0131 ile y\u00f6netiyoruz. HEY portal\u0131 d\u00fcnyaya \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek \u015fekilde bilimsel hava kalitesi modellerini yaz\u0131l\u0131m \u00fczerinden \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilen \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip. HEY portal\u0131nda \u00fclke genelinde \u00e7evre izni alan 10 bin 700 sanayi tesisine ait veriler kay\u0131tl\u0131 durumda. \u0130llerimizdeki end\u00fcstri, ula\u015f\u0131m, \u0131s\u0131nma kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n hava kirlili\u011fine katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Valiliklerimiz koordinasyonunda temiz hava eylem planlar\u0131 ile bu kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netmeye y\u00f6nelik eylemler belirleniyor ve uygulanmas\u0131 bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca takip ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HEY portal\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanan yine yerli ve milli teknolojiyle geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz NEFES yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u015fehirlerde binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 3 boyutlu dijital ikizlerinde r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f y\u00f6n\u00fc ve h\u0131z\u0131 ile r\u00fczg\u00e2r koridorlar\u0131, kav\u015faklar\u0131, \u0131\u015f\u0131kland\u0131rma sistemi, topo\u011frafyaya ba\u011fl\u0131 e\u011fimler, trafik yo\u011funlu\u011fu, at\u00f6lyeler, ekmek f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131, lokantalar gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kirlilik kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ele alabiliyoruz. 25 ilde ba\u015far\u0131 ile uygulanan NEFES yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm illerimize yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Anl\u0131k olarak kirlilik durumunu ve kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 izleyebildi\u011fimiz bu ara\u00e7larla bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n uygulama g\u00fcc\u00fc artm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hava kalitesinin y\u0131llara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fimini de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimizde k\u00f6m\u00fcr kokusundan zorunlu maske kullan\u0131lan 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131 do\u011falgaz\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile \u00e7oktan geride b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kat\u0131 yak\u0131t ile ili\u015fkilendirilen k\u00fck\u00fcrtdioksit (SO2) kirlili\u011finin olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerde seyretmesi bu de\u011fi\u015fimin bir g\u00f6stergesi niteli\u011finde. Ancak do\u011fal gaz\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 81 ilimizde halen \u0131s\u0131nmada kullan\u0131m oranlar\u0131 istenen seviyelerde de\u011fil. Kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne kadar do\u011fal gaz hatt\u0131 gitmi\u015f oldu\u011fu halde \u0131s\u0131nmada kat\u0131 yak\u0131t kullanmaya devam eden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dclkemize ithal olarak giren ve \u00fclkemizde \u00fcretilen t\u00fcm kat\u0131 yak\u0131tlar\u0131n ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc HEY Portal\u0131 Kat\u0131 Yak\u0131t Mod\u00fcl\u00fc ile takip edebiliyoruz. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla daha \u00f6nce \u0131slak imzal\u0131 verilen \u00fcretici, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131, sat\u0131c\u0131 kay\u0131t ve sat\u0131\u015f izin belgelerini e-imzal\u0131 hale getirerek toplamda 16 bin 190 belge d\u00fczenledik. Bu veriler ile illerimizi kat\u0131 yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirebiliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREL BAZDA D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcMLERE DESTEK<\/strong><br>Bir\u00e7ok \u015fehrimizin ortak meselesi olan \u00e7anak \u015feklinde topo\u011frafik yap\u0131 ve k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda etkili olan enverziyon gibi meteorolojik fakt\u00f6rler sebebiyle kirlilik da\u011f\u0131lam\u0131yor ve \u015fehirlerimizin \u00fczerinde birikiyor. Bu sebeple hava kirlili\u011fi yerelde m\u00fccadele edilmesi gereken bir mesele haline geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca yerel y\u00f6netimlerimize \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finin giderilmesine y\u00f6nelik verdi\u011fimiz mali desteklere hava kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesini ekledik. Bisiklet yollar\u0131, ye\u015fil y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ve \u00e7evre dostu sokak uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6zellikle \u0131s\u0131nmada daha az kirlilik potansiyeline sahip yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara da katk\u0131 sunuyoruz. Bu itibarla ilk kez Konya tarihi Mevl\u00e2na b\u00f6lgesinde 1108 konutun \u0131s\u0131tma sisteminin kat\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131 sobadan do\u011falgaz yak\u0131tl\u0131 kombiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flad\u0131k. Sosyal boyutu da olan bu projeden \u00f6zellikle yard\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 ailelerimizi faydaland\u0131rd\u0131k ve onlar\u0131 temiz \u0131s\u0131nma konforuna kavu\u015fturduk. Bu ailelerimizin baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden sonra evlerinde ziyaret ettik ve s\u0131cak evlerinde \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7tik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konya ilinde hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bu proje ile azotoksit (NOx), k\u00fck\u00fcrtdioksit (SO2) ve toz (PM10 ve PM2,5) ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere 1200 ton kirleticinin ve sera gaz\u0131 olan 5 bin 400 ton karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 engelledik. Bu projemize benzer \u015fekilde s\u0131ras\u0131yla D\u00fczce, Malatya ve Gaziantep i\u00e7in de kollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131vad\u0131k. Konutlar\u0131n se\u00e7iminde yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fimiz hava kalitesi y\u00f6netimi ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n verilerinden yararlanarak yerel y\u00f6netimlere yol g\u00f6steriyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hava kalitesi iyile\u015ftirilmesinde mali destek verdi\u011fimiz illerimizin sanayi ve ula\u015f\u0131m kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 da mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131yor, emisyon y\u00f6netim raporlar\u0131 ile ad\u0131m ad\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri belirliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISITMADA YE\u015e\u0130L D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcM<\/strong><br>\u201cHava kalitesinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d diyerek ilk olarak 17-18 May\u0131s tarihlerinde Ankara\u2019da Is\u0131tmada Ye\u015fil D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay kapsam\u0131nda \u015fehir \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131nda \u00fclkemizin gelece\u011fini konu\u015ftuk, ekonomik kayb\u0131n\u0131n en aza indirilmesi amac\u0131yla d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi ve end\u00fcstriyel simbiyozun iyi \u00f6rneklerinden biri olan sanayilerin at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, jeotermal \u0131s\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri isti\u015fare ettik, b\u00f6lgesel \u0131s\u0131tma uygulamalar\u0131yla s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu il\u00e7elerin \u00f6rneklerini dinledik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eehir \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilecek \u00f6nemli kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri olan jeotermal enerji alan\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n ise lideri olan \u00fclkemiz buradan elde etti\u011fi termal \u0131s\u0131 ile 100 bini a\u015fk\u0131n konutun \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylelikle bu konutlar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nlenerek hem hava kirlili\u011fi hem de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile etkin m\u00fccadele edilmi\u015f olunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclkemizin yerel imk\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131larak d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k da \u00f6nleniyor. S\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu bu konutlar\u0131n say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda ayr\u0131ca \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131, k\u00f6m\u00fcr gazla\u015ft\u0131rma teknolojileri, gelece\u011fin yak\u0131t\u0131 hidrojen, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin \u0131s\u0131tmada kullan\u0131labilirli\u011fi konular\u0131nda da de\u011ferli akademisyenlerin ve ilgili sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131k. Y\u0131l sonuna kadar ba\u015fta Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere ilgili t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla Is\u0131tmada Ye\u015fil D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Strateji Belgesini tamamlam\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHava kalitesinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay serilerini ula\u015f\u0131m ve sanayi i\u00e7in tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra 7 Eyl\u00fcl D\u00fcnya Temiz Hava G\u00fcn\u00fcnde d\u00fczenleyece\u011fimiz Temiz Hava Zirvesinde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 kamuoyu ile payla\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binalarda \u0131s\u0131nma ayn\u0131 zamanda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine de yol a\u00e7an \u00f6nemli bir seragaz\u0131 sal\u0131c\u0131s\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hava kalitesine yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ayn\u0131 zamanda birer iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele ve uyum faaliyeti. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ile \u0131s\u0131tmada ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ayn\u0131 zamanda Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan 76.
